That is why we are starting a weekly series called Detox Mondays! We’ll be sharing with you our favorite ways to detox the body in a healthy way.
Today we bring you the Detox Ginger Lemonade. Infuse water and detox drinks are the best for diminishing the bloating from the weekend plus they provide nutrients and add some flavor to your plain ‘ol water.
As you may know, we adore lemon water, well here is one with a spicy twist for all you spicy lovers.
- Lemons: as you may know by now from our lemon water post lemons help to aid with digestion and detoxification, plus they are full of antioxidants and vitamin C which fights damage caused by free radicals. They will help you keep up the collagen production and keep your skin looking stunning.
- Ginger is an amazing natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It also helps your digestive health, nausea, and illness. So if you have a cold or don’t want to get one make sure to incorporate this ingredient because you’ll love its ability to boost the immune system.
- Apple Cider Vinegar’s beneficial bacteria and acids will help keep your stomach happy and healthy, plus it is a natural source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
- Raw honey has tons of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Plus it helps reduce cough symptoms and improve sleep.
Here comes the easy part! Just mix it all in your everyday bottle or jar and sip throughout your morning!
