We hope you had a nice weekend. You know what they say… New week, new goals, new challenges.
Something pretty common when setting fitness goals is to start exercising and specifically RUNNING. Have you made that 2018 goal? If not, I’m sure you heard someone say: “This year I’m going to start running” Don’t get me wrong, that is amazing, such an affordable sport and way to workout that you can do anytime, anywhere.
But when your resistance isn’t very good and don’t know where to start running can be a little intimidating, so we are here to help you out! This is also a really nice training to do when preparing for a race. Because believe me, running 5k is not hard but if you want to make a habit out of it you need to do it right. Don’t run 5k straight the first day if you never exercised because it will take a toll on your body.
This is a 12-week workout plan for you to be able to run your first 5k.
