It’s not a secret that when trying to jump on the health bandwagon it’s not an overnight thing, just like your body, your mind needs time to process the information and make habits out of your new conduct.
This is the reason why we are doing a daily health checklist every two weeks. This way you can have a broad overview of what you have accomplished until now and work on the actions you’ve been omitting. This will allow you to a recap of all the health efforts you have been trying to incorporate into your daily routine so you can identify what have you been lacking in and try to improve it for the next two weeks.
This challenge is for all of you who need help on how to start living a healthy lifestyle or you just want to make a habit out of it! Everyone is welcome to join!
