We are here to help you be able to satisfy your craving in the healthiest way possible! Today we bring you a super healthy and simple recipe to make yourself a cinnamon roll mug cake in less than 2 minutes. Suitable for multiple diets: Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Keto, and Paleo.


These are the ingredients you’ll need for this super fluffy and moist cinnamon roll inspires mug cake which packs a protein punch and is low carb:



  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (32-34 grams)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs flour of choice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs sweetener of choice *A
  • 1 large egg OR ¼ cup egg whites * B
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract


On top :

  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs sweetener of choice*A


Glaze (optional) :

  • 1 tbs melted coconut butter
  • ½ tsp milk of choice
  • pinch cinnamon


  • *A:  Adjust according to taste- If protein powder is sweetened, feel free to omit completely.
  • *B: For the vegan option, you won’t need any flax eggs/egg substitute- Simply omit and slowly add milk of choice until a thick batter is formed. Microwave/bake until ‘just’ cooked in the center.


  1. Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray or a bit of preferred oil and add the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, cinnamon, sweetener of choice and mix well.
  2. Add the egg/whites and mix into the dry mixture.
  3. Add the milk of choice and vanilla extract- If the batter is too crumbly, continue adding milk of choice until a very thick batter is formed.
  4. Add the granulated sweetener of choice and extra cinnamon and swirl over the top.
  5. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until just cooked in the center.
  6. Top with glaze and enjoy!
