We love to share no equipment cardio workout and easy recipes you can follow on a daily basis. But today we want to make full focus on Juicelous. You have probably noticed that in almost every post we mention what it is and how it works, well today’s blog post is fully dedicated to it.
WHAT IS JUICELOUS?
Juicelous is a Fitness App where we apply the latest technology on fitness to help anyone get better results through their workouts.
HOW CAN WE IMPROVE ANYONE’S WORKOUT EFFECTIVENESS?
Using the Apple Watch sensors and our algorithms we can identify when you move at the gym. For example when you do a squat using juicelous we can track the speed you are performing the exercise and the strength you are using to lift that weight.
That means we can identify when is the weight you are lifting ok, too much, or too little for your strength and goal.
Once we know that we push you to perform the exercise the right way, if your goal is to build muscle but the algorithm feels you are not lifting enough weight to build muscle, probably you feedback after that set will be : increase the weight.
And if you are getting tired and being lazy after some sets the algorithm will also know, and will recommend you to perform the exercise faster to get better results.
HOW DOES JUICELOUS KNOW MY GOAL?
In our Program tab you can choose from lots of different workout plans without paying extra for each one. Read their description and try some until you find a program that works best for you. Each program has a goal if you want to get leaner just by changing your body composition from fat to muscle choose stay fit. If you want to be lean but your main goal is burning fat chose a program with a fat burner goal, on the other hand if you main goal is to build some muscle that is the goal your program should be in.
That being said, it doesn’t mean you are not going to burn any fat if you follow a stay fit or gain muscle program! When doing regular exercise you will get leaner and build muscle.
The categorization is for you to choose between those three goals you we can provide you the programs that suits you best.
It’s also very important that you authorise Apple health when onboarding Juicelous, with your data and some calculations we will be able to recommend you a goal based on your real information.
WHAT DOES THE WORKOUT SCORE MEAN?
The workout score is the feedback of all exercises together.
If your feedback during all workout is “well done” , your rest times are exact and you perform all reps yours core will be pretty high.
If you keep getting feedbacks like “too slow” or “too fast” , you skip some reps and take extra rest time, you probably will get a lower score.
IS A LOW WORKOUT SCORE BAD FOR YOU?
No score is bad for you, however, a lower score means less effective workout.
We always recommend to listen to your body, if you are very new to the gym and are following a rather advanced program and you feel it’s too hard for you and need some extra rest, don’t worry too much about the score and take it.
If you are feeling dizzy and you don’t feel like keeping up, take some extra rest or quit the workout if you feel is necessary.
Besides the multiple ways Juicelous can help you, everyone should know their body enough to know when to stop, and when you can push yourself harder. The more you exercise the more you’ll be able to understand what your body is trying to say.
However, is almost impossible to get a 10 on a workout! Keep that in mind and feel happy if you got an 8! That’s an amazing score!
